We would stay here again without hesitation. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and didn’t have a “hotel” smell. A couple items awaiting the next remodeling effort but not a big deal. Stay was quiet and uneventful- just the way we like it.

I found a staff very unwelcoming very disrespectful unhelpful also it’s not the standard of IHG at all, and I don’t think that they should be even a part of IC based on the facility the personnel and the climate overall is terrible. It was a terrible experience and it wasn’t the most cleanliness it had terrible odors and also typically I can get a late check out. I talk to the manager and like now we can’t give you a late check out because we have a lot of people coming in and we don’t have a, nobody check in. I went back and rebooked another room with no issues. I had plenty of rooms left. She could’ve gave me a late check out is normally I do I see at 2 PM but that’s the issue. The staff has an attitude Denise some great supervision or better management thank you .
