My stay was exceptional; the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The complimentary waffles were a delightful addition. However, the complimentary juice lacked sufficient concentration.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The area, staff, hot tub! All of it. The only thing I didn’t quite like was the furniture (not including the bed) as in the couch and accent chair. They both had some stains but I just decided to not sit in them and used the rolling chair if I wanted to sit in the living room area. Besides those things, I would come and visit Richmond and this would be one of my top places for quiet and comfortable stays! Thank you!

The hotel itself was fine for an overnight stay. Had to go back to the front desk to get our own sheets for the pullout couch. Breakfast was really underwhelming!

The property was good and staffs were friendly and nice. But the room we stayed had some minor things which the hotel can pay more attention to, like the wall unit hair dryer was falling down, not securely attached on the wall and shampoo was empty and the bath tub didn’t drain well.
