Young boys at the reception have very very bad attitude RUDE asf! He say me if you not happy call expedia….Afther that I check mi credit card he charge me twice 560$us ! Sir mi English is not very well I say ! He just look me like alien ! NEVER AGAIN AT THIS PLACE…

Not worth the cost.
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI was in Richmond for a memorial service. Booked here due to reputation for awesome happy hour, but alas, not at this location. Breakfast wasnt great, either. Would not stay here again.

Breakfast was great! However, no one came to clean our room. We intentionally left so that we can stay out of the way.

No AC all weekend. They let me move rooms and allowed me to believe it would solve my ac issue, when it was tye entire facility not just the room i was in.

This property was patched up and the hotel is so old. The ac didn't work in the room. The maintenance came to fix add was unsuccessful.. There is an expectation of Hilton Hotels, especially Embassy Suites, this hotel does not meet the expectations. The staff was friendly but the hotel needs to be shut down, torn down, and rebuilt. The area had a few homeless folks panhandling.
