This Hampton Inn was wonderful, including great front desk service....Hotels.com however, I will not be using again, because they messed up my reservation and created a huge hassle.
Sheets cheap although towels good. Tv no volume error so had to change rooms. Heavy floral scent in shampoo etc. Room/hallway smells like cigarette smoke mixed with flowers.
It had newly renovated rooms! However! The contractor didn't use a level for the shower door and it kept opening! Told front desk and they were right on it! Lol
It was wonderful, had trouble with our TV when we got into the room , notify the front desk immediately and they took care of us right away moved us to another room that was a upgrade. Friendly staff and a excellent manager. Highly recommend it.
The room was perfect for the one night stay! We drove from NY to our home in SC and after 9 1/2 hrs of driving, it was a pleasure to come to a clean and friendly place to stay. The whole experience was awesome!!
Room said it could sleep 7, which is why we booked it but there was no way 7 people could sleep comfortably in the bed sizes in the room with the sofa bed combination.
Also, lobby had been updated, beds were very comfortable, but rest of hotel needs updating and didn't feel particularly clean.
The desk staff and the housekeeping staff were very friendly.

I’ve stayed several times. There’s been remodeling going on , which has never been problematic. In our most recent visit, we discovered in the morning that we’d been given a room with a non-functioning tub/shower. We were given another room to shower in, but the delay made us late for our morning appointment. It seems like someone would’ve noted the room was not in a rentable condition.
