Great stay
We arrived during the winter storm in the middle of a long road trip. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate us for an extra night so we could avoid driving in the storm and our room was upgraded! The elevator wasn’t working, but they were so accommodating with free breakfast, free bottled water, and overall cleanliness in the hotel that it didn’t matter. There is also an abundance of places to stop in nearby…. Wawa, Publix, an adorable diner, a Goodwill and many more. Will stop here again!

Great staff and hotel! Unfortunately the elevators was out of order but the staff hospitality and service made up for the inconvenience. The best hotel ive stayed outside the RVA area so far!

The elevators were not working, had not been working for days and are not likely to be working soon. The owner doesn't want to pay for elevator repairs before the elevators are to be replaced in a month or two. Outside doors to the fire stairwells were unlocked at all times. One female guest reported a strange man banging on her door at night. The staff are kind , helpful and courteous, but can't do anything. I made a formal complaint to Hilton Honors, but have no thought that Hilton corporate will make this owner fix the elevators or shut it down. I had to carry my 18 year old dog up and down two flights of stairs for the stay

I’m really not “That Guy” but couldn’t overlook…….
Visiting for the holiday(5 night stay). The elevator was broken the entire trip and my room was on the top floor. The toilet gurgled all night and eventually overflowed. Moved to another room at 1am and that room was dirty with food left under the business desk. Requested extra linen but housekeeping stated that the laundry wasn’t completed. Safe location but was very disappointed. By far the worst Hilton experience for me.

Rooms were very clean, but asked for extra blankets and they smelt like they were not washed. The main lobby’s hallways could use a refresh with paint. Since the elevators were not working, we had to take the stairs, which could also use a refresh.
