The owner wants to be "Green" and it inconveniences the guests. Microwaves and coffee makers have been removed from the rooms. I don't know if they keep coffee brewed 24/7 in the lobby but I know I disliked having to leave my room to go downstairs to heat up my food. There are no trash bags in the trash cans as another effort to be "green". I just stacked my trash on the edge of the dresser which the maids could simply wipe down. If I put it in the trash can the maids are required to wash the trash can. I was here only 3 months earlier and enjoyed my stay. Will look at stay somewhere else the next time I am around.

I’m sorry that you feel inconvenienced by our decisions. We do have coffee pots available for those that don’t want to use the lobby coffee. It is 24 hours. We do have microwave rooms and extra microwaves to put in rooms for those that want them. We do have a microwave in the lobby available 24 hours also. The girls are to wash out the trash cans daily regardless of bags being used or not. We do have bags available for those that want them. I hope you will continue to stay with us and will let us know when you call for reservations you would like bags, coffee pot in rooms and a microwave. We will accommodate you. Sorry for the issues.

So sorry for this inconvenience. We do have 24 hour coffee in lobby. Sone of our rooms have microwaves. We have extra microwaves and coffee pots available upon request. Trash cans are cleaned daily. If you prefer trash bags we will accommodate you. Hope this will not keep you from staying with us again. I am sorry.

The floors in the room need tending to as they were very dirty. You walk through them and get into the shower your feet are black.

The room was not clean upon arrival. Trash left in drawers, stains on comforter and stains on desk and no trash liners in any of the trash cans. I understand wanting to “go-green” and eliminate waste, but when confined to a room, guests are going to have trash that they need to properly dispose of. Also one of the lights in the room was not working. I will say the staff was accommodating and called me within an hour of leaving to offer a comp towards a future stay, which was appreciated.

Would like more hot options at breakfast. No pool or gym onsite. Staff was friendly.
