Tu he inside of the hotel really need to be renovated. The bedroom and bathroom was very outdated, everything needs to be updated. Bed was confortable. Breakfast terrible. We stayed there because of its location and reasonable price.

Chanel....We are thrilled that you took time to let us know how we did during your most recent stay here at The Berkeley. As we are also grateful for the 4 out of 5 rating . We are in the process of the early stages of giving the entire property some overdue TLC. Please come and see us after the TLC has been distributed!!

We loved the classic old feel of this hotel! Beautiful, clean and staff were kind & helpful.

They're very responsive, place seemed well cared for, clean and smells so good. If i ever return to Richmond , I'll definitely stay here!

Parking situation needs to be explained better
