We were charged in a very odd way, seems like everything doubled the minute we walked in. Joe at the valet stand was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff was really not that friendly.

Kyle at the front desk was terrible. Everyone else was fabulous ! He wasn’t very welcoming and seemed irritated

Cleanliness, first of all - lamps and windows (especially on the fifth floor - the exit to the roof - it looks like the last time of cleaning up took place 2 decades ago, lol). And you should do something with your breakfast menus - it's not what we expect from the 5-star hotel.

Gorgeous hotel. Immaculate. Like going to a castle. There was nothing I could request that any of the staff would not immediately step in to offer assistance. And in the kindest most professional way. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Room service was tasty too. the Jefferson Hotel-elegant, tasteful peaceful and beautiful.. Enjoyed reading books in the historic lobby. Richmond is a great place for a getaway.
