The staff threatened to deny my stay and not refund my money. Insulted me and was very stereotypical towards my race. I felt very uncomfortable and belittled

This isn't a new property, but for the cheap price it was fine. Room was clean, but the toilet whined after being flushed.

Furniture was chipped and damaged. The main door had air gaps in the seal. Holes in the carpet. Gouges in the walls, bathroom door was rather gross. Worst hotel I stayed in. Located too close to Train tracks and did not sleep well due to trains & road noise.

Disappointed in Travelodge Stay

This property was run down and not worthy of the Wydam brand. The air conditioner (mini-split) controls were broken so you could not set the temp nor the fan speed....finally just ended up shutting the unit off. Beds were uncomfortable and was concerned about bedbugs (don't think there were any). Lastly, there were electrical issues which caused the floor lamp and bathroom lights to flick on and off....ended up unplugging the floor lamp over concern of an electrical fire. Unit also smelled bad....musty smell.

Nice but high cost for what it is!

Good for a night or two. Clean room and towels smelled clean. Beds are firm but after a long drive it didn’t matter much. The price is I bit high when you compare it to the local hotels nearby. I’d rather spend my $100 a night in a bit newer and updated place. I took a chance. This travellodge isn’t worth the higher cost, but it was available and I was tired of driving. My review, stay at the Best Western next door for the same price.

Extremely friendly staff. Quiet, clean room that was perfect for a quick stop passing through on a cross country trip.
