Such a shame!

was barely warm. When we reported the problem on the first morning, the ‘deputy manager’ was very unhelpful. Rude and unsympathetic. Said he would try and get a plumber and update me later. Never saw him again or heard another word from him! Unable to shower on both days we were there. Such a shame, as the hotel has been refurbished to a good standard. The hotel is part of the Youngs chain, so they will definitely be getting a letter from me.

The room was excellent with the most comfortable bed, could have stayed in it all day!
The meal was terrific and so tasty!
