Great one night stay

Posted Jul. 24, 2024 on HotelsThis hotel was a wonderful experience from the moment we entered the office through check out. The staff is friendly, competent, and cheerful. The room has good lighting, clean, and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. We will definitely return.

The shower floor was dirty including slick soapy layer. The hardwood flooring was also dirty. Put a towel on the floor to wipe my feet on prior to climbing into bed. No coffee maker in room. The fitness center was minimal.
Very quiet. Think there was only 1 other guest on site. Breakfast was minimal but clean and adequate.

No one answered the phone when I called the number to modify a reservation. I had to dial a different office to get any response, and that general office was not connected to the property. I had to call a third number and they kept on insisting that they would sign me up for a free rewards account that I didn’t ask for. Then they weren’t able to address my issue. This place and company straight up sucks.

The property seems to maybe be new. The pool area wasn’t available. The pool is covered and locked up. The roof is needing replaced shingles.
The room was nice and appeared to have been updated. The bed was very comfortable with nice linen and comfy pillows. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was available and fresh coffee.
Overall, a great stay for a stop in the area.
