Disappointed
Publié le 19 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayOverall disappointed with the Wilderness Club (not Big Cedar). We checked in right at 4pm and was told our room "may" be ready by 6pm...after an 8 hour drive, the front desk actually was very kind and found us a room sooner (best part of the stay). Once we got into our room, you can tell it wasn't cleaned well (or at all). In fact, found dirty wet towels and the pull out couch blanket in the dresser drawer. Took forever trying to get anyone at the Wilderness front desk to pickup the phone and help (Big Cedar couldn't do anything about it because they're technically separate) - once they did, someone came to grab the dirty stuff but didn't clean up the drawer or anything else. I ended up cleaning the entire room with the cleaning supplies I brought. Second night our water was freezing cold and they sent someone over to fix it - which they did but that lasted only a little bit and happened again. Big Cedar property itself is wonderful and beautiful but would not stay at the Wilderness Club again.

Big Cedar Wilderness Club suite
Publié le 3 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had a nice stay. The room was clean although had a slightly musty odor. It was close to all the amenities at Big Cedar. We would definitely stay again. The only drawback was that we had a family emergency the day before our vacation and the host would not let us change dates because they have a strict protocol of no refund or date changes no matter what happens. So my husband and daughter had to come down without me for the first half of our stay. We were celebrating my husbands birthday but I missed it due to the family emergency.

This is a Great place to stay,it has everythinga Family with children are looking for.. Don't really have to leave the resort and have a good time..We will return.

Publié le 15 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayFirst time and will return. We did not get to enjoy all the activities of the area. Everyone we met was super nice. Get the explorer pass you won’t be disappointed.
