Dear Michael,Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts regarding this issue. I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. I will share your message with the leadership team. In this area there are not many taxis in this area because it is rural area. With our pre-arrival emails it does explain that housekeeping is done every 3rd day. I apologize if that may have been an inconvenience we will review and see if we can make some changes.Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We booked our stay through Expedia. Due to a family emergency we weren’t able to make the trip. We tried to cancel and get a refund but Expedia advises us you refused. We will never stay in another Marriott property again and when we return to Ridgeland, MS we will certainly not stay with you. Mackie Pierce

The property was clean, the food was excellent, and the area was walkable with beautiful scenic paths. There were several shopping areas with in 5 miles of the property in two different cities Ridgeland and Madison, MS. I would recommend this hotel to solo travelers and to small families.

bathroom was disgusting. hair on shampoo and conditioner, and on the shower floor.

The facilities are wonderful! Everything feels fresh, new and clean. It’s well designed. We had an extremely late check-in and the staff was still very alert, accommodating and kind. The only thing that felt less than ideal was the corners in the shower had mildew and could use a little extra love.
