Staff was great, but…

I’m not going to lie, I was disappointed. The staff was great, but the room, although it was clean, left something to be desired. The refrigerator did not work, there was no microwave, I had to go down to the lobby to use the one there. Some of the outlets did not work. I went down to the lobby at 7 am for breakfast, there was hardly anything there to eat. The overall facility was nice, the staff was certainly friendly and helpful, but there was certainly room for improvement.

Friendly Staff- Needs Help with Quality

The hotel was very mid. The room was small. The bathroom door was awkward. The shower door did not stay closed. The towels were low quality. We asked to get our room refreshed while we were out and housekeeping did not clean the floor nor take out the trash. My husband went to front desk to let them know and she did come back and vacuumed. On Saturday 6/15, the breakfast was supposed to be ready by 7 a.m. At 8, the breakfast still wasn’t out. The assistant manager apologized and offered a complimentary bottle of water which we thought was a joke. Friendly staff, just needs to upgrade in quality.

Breakfast was sad. Hard boiled eggs were sour/spoiled, very sparse choices for the rest. A very strong “sandle-wood” smell piped throughout the hotel gave me a headache. Workout room was ok and cleaning staff nice. Good use of space in the king room.
