Le personnel est très accueillant. Ils sont à rénover l’hôtel, ce qui est excellent, car le seul hôtel de la ville.

This hotel was very well cared for and clean. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the Ridgway/Ouray area. The hotel is very clean thanks to the housekeeping people. Our check in was not very pleasant. The manager on duty didn't seem to care about any special needs you may have. This is a 2 story hotel with no elevator. We were traveling with a pet and we are in our 70's, so we requested a first floor room but she wasn't interested in helping us with that. So we had to haul all our luggage up to the second floor. We stayed for 4 nights. Besides her attitude at check in, everything else was really good at this hotel.

The property and staff are nice. However, there is no elevator and doesn't seem ADA compliant any way, shape or form. It is only 1 flight of stairs. However, I had an injured back at my time of stay and that 1 flight off stairs was extremely tough to manage with my luggage. If you are disabled and can't make it up a flight off stairs or even need a ramp to get in the front door, this is not your place to stay. The staff did offer to help with the luggage, but didn't follow through on getting me help. My mother cannot walk without a walker and would not be able to stay at this property. I'm surprised there have not been more complaints about this.
