Mountains everywhere!
Publié le 3 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was mesmerizing waking in the loft and looking out at the mountains in the morning. The San Juans are my favorite mountains in Colorado. This place was perfect. Easy access to Ouray and Telluride, with nice food and coffee in Ridgway. Just a chill and relaxed time — I love it.

Wonderful Cabin

Return visit to Ridgway
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy friends and I came back after staying here last year. Mark and his wife are wonderful hosts and completely available and engaging. He clearly spends a lot of time and effort on not only maintaining but improving this property. Since last year, he added a beautiful fire pit with wonderful furniture and a great patio for outdoor dining.
My only hesitation in leaving this review is I want it to be available for us again next year!

Picturesque Cabin and Exceptional Host

It’s the first place we’ve stayed that was hard to leave :) We would have loved to stay another few days just to take in more of the surrounding sites. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful it was. We plan to make it an annual visit.

Lovely Colorado Cabin
Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place has become a must on our anniversary! Our second time staying here to celebrate 17 years of being married and we could not have been more pleased. Mark and Sai take excellent care of this property and there have been several new additions since our last visit. They added a wonderful outdoor eating space-fully equipped with a grill and outdoor seating! If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful Colorado getaway then look no further! We cant wait to return.

Everything was amazing. If I had to make a recommendation, it would be new mattresses because my sleeping experience was not great.

I am sorry about the problem you had sleeping. The mattresses are one year old and I did a lot of research before buying them. They were very expensive and I get more compliments on the mattresses than anything. Did they seem to firm, or not firm enough?

What a beautiful warm cabin
Publié le 16 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a beautiful warm cabin.It was close to town and paths but great to lookout at the wild life and mountains as I read near the flame of the wood pellet stove. The hosts were friendly and helpful.They live next store but the cabin is private. There's a wonderful patio with grill to enjoy in warmer weather. A last minute find that I will return to.
