Je n'ai rien trouvé d'intéressant. Je me suis senti insécure et c'était très sale. J'ai eu peur pour mon auto et c'était très bruyant.

Very dated and extremely basic property.
Beds were miserably old and soft, no coffee in room, “free breakfast” was basically coffee.

It was bad

Christopher,I did look into this. I did visit the property and speak with the staff. Your reservation was for 2 days. The desk was never informed of any issues by you or that you were checking out early. I did verify this with camera footage. We inspected the property and room 209, which you were assigned to. The shower worked fine and there was no evidence of bedbugs as per the pest control company we called. As with most homes and businesses in the area, there are issues with harmless Elm Seed Bugs, which are being sprayed for, weekly.

Please clean the rooms
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HotelsThis is the 2nd Rodeway Inn that we’ve stayed in. Like the rating Ive given on our first Rodeway inn, 1 star. The only amenities that we like is the ac. Everything is crap. Dirty floor. The trays with the coffee maker, even the coffee maker is dirty. Bathroom is dirty. Towels with stains. They have bed bugs too!! How would Choice Hotels allow them to operate with this kind of standard. As a paying customer we expect that rooms given to us is clean. Please Choice Hotels, check your hotel branches and make sure they are clean.

Sheila,Due to your feedback, I did contact the staff at the hotel. We do show that you stayed 2 nights and that your concerns were not brought to the staff at the hotel. We did go inspect the property and did not find any evidence of bed bugs. This property is in the process of renovating.

Roadway inn in Rifle Colorado
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was filthy and infested with bugs. The shots had stains and other people’s hair on them. The bugs were in the bed and the bathroom was disgusting! I had to but my own pillow and but towels because theirs were gross! I also had to sanitize and clean it the toilet was so dirty it had a black ring around it in the inside of it. The worse hotel I have ever been in! I would not be recommending this to nobody and neither should you!
