Minor but important issues

The hand railing at the top of the stairs is pulling away from the wall and is not safe and secure. Could use some tightening up! There is no screen in the window in the upstairs bedroom with the twin beds. The evenings were warm and we would have liked to open that window for ventilation. We went to put orange juice on a shelf on the door of the refrigerator. Shelf crashed to the floor. It is broken. Not sure if it had been broken before. We apologize! Huge number of wasps under the deck outside sliding glass door - tis the season! We sprayed under the deck the best we could! Loved the round table; assortment of spices; kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and utensils! Bedrooms roomy and comfortable! Enjoyed our 3 nights, Sallie and Tom Dembeck and friends

No one to Call After Hours

Easy check-in, easy stay instructions, and no way to contact the rental property after hours. They say to dial 1 for urgent calls but it leads to a busy signal. Our 3rd night was horrific. We came back from a long day recreating in 100 degree heat to a house that was 90 degrees. The thermostat stopped working, and as I mentioned, no one to call to fix it. I left messages at other extensions that would allow one but no one has called me back. The home was decent, not as glammed up like the pictures but it was acceptable. The stairs are very steep and tilt backward slightly. The railing is loose so anyone staying with young children or elders should be very careful. Huge backyard is unkempt. Decent bed with extra pillows. TV in the living room and primary bedroom.

we had no TV and I missed hockey game I thought Property Manage should have been able to have comcast to come to property , was told that owner came by last day but no one told us untill we checked out also we were to take out trash dat we left we had 1 bag but 2cans were full which we put on street advising we would be gone inside was good but outside needs some attention

Summer Family Vacation

The house was very homey and fit all of our families' needs. The yard was great for our dog. The master bedroom was pretty warm but the outside temperatures were in the high 90's and the room is over the garage so that's probably why it stayed so warm in that room. The rest of the house was cool and comfortable. The host was responsive to all of our inquiries. The county fair was in town the week we stayed and we enjoyed the rodeo one night. The town was small but we liked it. We went to Glenwood Springs a few times which is about 1/2 hour away. I would definitely stay here again if we ever decide to go that far west again!
