Good but unpleasant maid
Publié le 1 janv. 2019 sur HotelsVery pleased with our stay, the man in the lobby was very helpful. Unfortunately the maid was aggressive and forced my friend out of the apartment and locked the door while she was cleaning. Otherwise, good location and spacious apartment.

Dear Jan, thank you for your kind feedback - it has been our pleasure to host you and we are glad if you have enjoyed your stay over all and especially our convenient location and comfortable apartment.
Our sincere apologise for the unprofessional attitude from the cleaning staff. Please kindly note that our normal check in time is from 13.00 - you checked in earlier and the maid was still there in the apartment when you entered and seems this was annoying for her. In any case this is unacceptable behaviour and I must inform you that given person is no longer working with us.
Hope you had a pleasant stay over all.

Senza riscaldamento
Publié le 19 nov. 2017 sur ExpediaSiamo 4 amici e ci siamo ritrovati a Riga con 2° sopra lo zero e l'appartamento non aveva riscaldamento. L'impianto era staccato.Era dotato solo di una stufetta portatile che non poteva scaldare le 3 stanze grandi con soffitti di 4 metri. Siamo morti di freddo e l'host non ha risposto alle ns richieste. La pulizia era scarsa.In cucina non c'era possibilità di avere l'acqua calda. Vivamente sconsigliato.

Dear Guest - thank you for your feedback. I truly appreciate all remarks and comments from our guests so to be fair let me point out that you never informed us or asked of anything while stay so it is not correct to state that "host didn't respond to your claims".
Second it was not so horribly cold in the apartment that you could die of it :) There were three portable heaters which are even stronger than central heating and were good enough for the whole apartment - ther are staying family with kids with no problem and some guests were even opening the windows for fresh air.
Regarding all the rest I can only recommend you to inform hosts at the moment but not afterwards.

Wedding at Riga!!
Publié le 8 juill. 2017 sur HotelsNice area, walking to downtown, big rooms, with decent kitchen, no TV, shower very tight you can pass from hot to cold water just by moving accidentally with your elbow. There is a bad odor coming from the water pipes in all the building (old installations).
