Non entro nel merito del fatto che la struttura fosse interamente occupata quando ci siamo presentati dopo aver regolarmente pagato e prenotato 15 giorni prima del nostro arrivo. Può capitare a tutti di sbagliare, e in un periodo di grande affluenza turistica può capitare di incappare in un overbooking. Quello che però non ho davvero tollerato l'indifferenza del proprietario che, piuttosto che cercare di trovare una soluzione dopo aver lasciato a piedi 6 ragazzi che si erano fatti 300km, ha preferito con mia incredula serenitá continuare ad arare col suo trattore, il campo adiacente all'appartamento che avevamo prenotato, continuando a dire che non aveva la nostra prenotazione (regolarmente pagata, prenotata e confermata il 29 Luglio) suggerendoci di contattare telefonicamente l'assistenza di Vrbo. Ora, a parte consigliarle in futuro di avere la stessa cura per i suoi ospiti di quella che riserva al suo terreno, vorrei fare presente che così come lei "non ha alcun rapporto con l'assistenza di Vrbo" per quale motivo io dovrei averne? A conferma di questo dopo essere stato 30 minuti al telefono cercando di contattare la stessa, ci è stato riferito che, dopo averla contattata e aver parlato con lei, la nostra prenotazione era chiaramente presente (come poteva essere altrimenti?), e che con la stessa indifferenza che ci aveva riservato mentre eravamo fuori dal cancello sotto al sole, aveva permesso che la struttura fosse prenotabile sia su Booking che qui su Vrbo. Wir sind enttäuscht über unseren Urlaub. Nicht nur haben wir nicht die ganze "Villa", wie es ausgeschrieben war bekommen, sondern lediglich ein Appartment und mussten das Anwesen mit zwei andern Familien teilen. (Vermieterfamilie und andere Gäste) Auch wo wir sitzen durften im Garten wurde uns vorgeschrieben, da wir andere Leute alleine mit Reden hätten stören können und für eine Partydeatination sind die Ruhezeiten von 8:00 - 20:00 eine Enttäuschung, weil wir uns ganz anders vorbereitet haben. Wenn mann die Wohnung bei 35 Grad Aussentempertur zum Schlafen runterkühlen will, wird einem kurzerhand der Strom abgestellt. (Insgesammt 5x in 3 Tagen) Infolge dessen gab es auch kein Warmwasser mehr. Die Dusche tropfte und die Brause konnte, weil die Halterung altersbedingt kaputt war, nicht befestigt werden. Eine von zwei Toiletten war schon von beginn an offensichtlich kaputt und der Vermieter hat uns versprochen diese Sachen zu reparieren, was er bis zur Abreise nicht getan hat. Auch der Backofen ging nicht und im zweiten Bad konnte man nicht Duschen, da es kein Vorhang oder Änhliches gegeben hat. Schlussendlich hat uns die von der Ankunft an mangelnde Sauberkeit (Urinsteinflecken am Boden, verstopfte Abläufe, Dreckiges Geschirr etc.) und die erwähnten Punkte dazu gebracht die Unterkunft zum Teil vorher zu verlassen. Für diesen Preis ist es eine Frechheit so etwas auszuschreiben und wir bleiben auf den Kosten sitzen. Wir finden es alle sehr schade, dass unser Urlaub nicht so wurde wie wir es gern gehabt hätten und machen dafür definitiv diese Unterkunft verantwortlich.

Rude! Rude and liars! I never judge people and even less our customers, but this time it is right that the truth be written! The 3 separate apartments are a farmhouse in the countryside. Each apartment is 150 square meters and is totally independent. 1 apartment is inhabited by us, the other 2 are rented with VRBO, Booking, AirBnB (they are called GREEN apartment and ORANGE apartment). I repeat, the apartments are completely independent, they are very large and well furnished. In sharing there is only the garden which is a park of 3500 square meters. There is plenty of space for all customers who like to be quiet. Well, does it seem possible that on the other portals (Booking for example) 35 customers have judged us "EXCEPTIONAL" with an average score of 9.7 which is among the highest of all? It is well written in the title (you can check) "CHEZ BARNIE fabulous private apartment in the villa", so what does that mean? It means that we rent the apartment inside the villa, not the whole villa! I repeat: these are two independent apartments inside the villa where all the customers who arrived complimented us for beauty and cleanliness! Now we come to these rude ones: for two nights we were warned by the neighbors that there were people in the garden screaming and making noise, it was 4 in the morning! I went to the garden to ask to stop, they told me they were drunk and that they were sorry, then they continued until 6 in the morning as if I hadn't said anything! The customers of the second apartment saw and heard all this and complained too! The following days again, they smoked (not cigarettes) and talked loudly right in front of the windows of the clients' bedrooms and the smoke, as well as the noise, entered the room! There are 3500 square meters of garden, why smoke in front of other people's windows? These are apartments in the countryside, those who come to us are looking for rest and peace, they are not looking for drunk guys who scream in the night! I repeat, here with us there is REST and PEACE for a quiet holiday, if you are looking for screams and din, please go to Rimini center, not here! Now let's talk about air conditioners: there are two in the apartment, 1 in the living area and 1 in the sleeping area. Fully functional and tested. They are cold ..... unless ... you leave the windows open and even the front door always open (I used to close it). That apartment is on the mezzanine floor, the cold air goes down, if you leave the door open the cold air comes out and does not cool the apartment. What a waste ! Do you do this in your home too? Do you leave air conditioners on and windows open? I wanted to communicate that in Italy the energy power is 3.3KW, if you leave two air conditioners on and at the same time the oven and the hairdryer ... the general meter goes down! For 5 times (as you said) I went to turn it on again for exceeding power! The oven does not work when the electricity fails, while the hot water is independent of electricity, but you have turned off the boiler by hand (I have the photos), you only said it on the day of departure and when we asked you why there is no you communicated it before you replied that you hadn't thought about it! As soon as you left I went into the house and photographed the boiler. It was off !!!! Finally, you left the house on August 1st at 11am, exactly 1 hour after your scheduled checkout (August 1st, 10AM, look at the booking). You didn't leave the house sooner! The cleaning lady who was waiting outside your exit in the apartment really found urine stains on the floor, and not only ....! Why write untrue things? A curiosity: the 35 customers who have been in the apartments before you and who gave us a score of 9.7 out of 10 .... were they all wrong ???? Remember: here with us there is peace and tranquility in the countryside for your holidays. If you don't want this, choose another place! (to clarify the truth) - Massimo
