Let the sound of the waves and the beauty of the sunsets help you unwind. Located on the 3rd floor, this unit offers impressive ocean views and a refreshing breeze throughout. For your convenience, two elevators are available for easy access.


Spacious two bedroom with 2 baths (one in the master bedroom). There is an open living area, a covered balcony facing the ocean, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry.

There is no direct beach access but you can walk less than 3 minutes to it (210 meters). This area is south of Rincon which means there is no surfing and the beach is calmer.

Restaurants and bars are 3 minutes away in a car.

Lots of drilling and hammering, not peaceful. Lots of maintenance needed.
