3 bedroom, 4 bathroom 2300 sq ft townhouse located in the heart of Rincon, Puntas, steps away from the world famous Sandy Beach. Freshly painted and new kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc as well as new beach chairs in July 2024. The townhouse features an 800 sq ft , furnished roof deck with ocean view. This is a dream rental for families (pack and play, high chair), surfers, SCUBA divers, deep sea fishers, zip line/eco tourist enthusiasts, horseback riders, and golfers. The townhouse is located in a quiet, gated complex, only a five minute walk from the local beaches, restaurants, bars and boutiques including Tamboo, Casa Verde, and Casa Islena Inn. The complex includes a communal outdoor pool with bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen and tables and chairs. There are also two outdoor showers by the pool.

The first floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, 40 inch Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed and 40 inch Smart TV and third bedroom has bunk bed, 40 inch Smart TV and a queen size futon. Both share a full bathroom.

The second floor features an open floor plan with a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for four. Furnishings include chairs and a wicker love seat in TV area, two leather sofas in the sitting area leading out to a small balcony which is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee. Dining area includes glass top dining table with seating for four. This level also includes a half bath, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The third floor features a huge, open terrace with ocean views, outdoor dining table seating for six, two wicker love seats, and lounge chairs for four. Charcoal barbeque grill, small refrigerator with small outdoor kitchenette and a half bath.

The townhouse comes equipped with cable HD TV and free Wi-Fi, as well as a landline phone which includes free phone calls to the USA and Puerto Rico. There is also air conditioning and ceiling fans through-out. Beach umbrella and chairs, coolers and beach towels are available in the townhouse for your use. This townhouse is perfect if you want to entertain a large group, or just kick back on the privacy of the roof deck. We are within a few minutes’ drive to over a dozen world class surfing breaks, an amazing under water preserve that offers world class snorkeling, and walking distance to Sandy Beach and Pools Beach. Spectacular waterfalls are a 45 minute drive.

No need to bring your surfboards if you don’t want to. Surfboard rentals are on the beach.

Other area activities include SCUBA, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, golf, sailing, waterfalls, para-sailing, kite-sailing, whale watching, zip-line tours, bio-luminescence bays, horseback riding, casino, tennis, golf, shelling, hiking, jet skiing, great food, and just hanging out.

While the house comfortably sleeps 8, we will entertain larger groups at the owner's discretion. An extra per person fee may be applied.

The gated community has a power generator that runs all the electrical appliances and electronics in case there is a power outage in the area. There is also a water reserve.

This spectacular rental property is conveniently located near Aguadilla Airport (less than 30 minutes drive) and San Juan Airport (approximately 90 miles away).

Good family stay
Good location (we felt safe), excellent communication with manager, the place was comfortable, spacious, we enjoyed it (family group of 8). The terrace was a big plus. It had TV on the living room and on each of the three rooms. The a/c units worked well. We will recommend it. Still, it really needed more towels, silverware, and kitchen utensils, they were extremely worn down. Also, the living room TV remote didn’t work, we couldn’t use it. The place needs a little of TLC.

Great Location for visiting Rincon/Aguadilla
The property is nice. Very convenient for visiting Rincon area. Beach is a short walk and had very few people there. Definitely a great spot for surfers to stay during fall and winter. I showed up at 4:45 P.M. and cleaning crew was inside finishing up. The second bedroom had sand in bed. The kitchen is not equipped very well for cooking meals. The pans are useless, everything sticks even with oil. There was dirty cups in cabinet. There is a beach items you can use. One of the chairs is rusted/broken unable to be used. The grill up stairs is convenient and works well along with the small fridge. Kitchen fridge has a working ice maker that I really enjoyed. Property has a generator for power outages. We lost power our last night and went to bed with generator power and air conditioning. Woke up to no power at all. The gate to enter complex needs electricity to function. I called property manager for help because we needed to get airport. I left voicemail and still have not heard back 12 hours later. I was able to find out how to open gate on my own and barely made my flight. Dont expect communications with property manager. I would consider staying here again just because of how convenient the location is and quiet.

Perfect getaway spot
Nice location, plenty of room for our two families to enjoy Sandy beach. Easy to navigate and felt very safe. The upstairs area was perfect for our teenagers to chill after surfing and watch some March Madness!

Pictures don't give it justice
The location is way above expectation. The pictures do not give it justice. Most of the time we had all of the beaches to our selves. Small but cute restaurants are also near by walking distance in fact. The only bad i would say about the Place we stayed at is the mirrors and faucets need repair/replacement and that is being picky. Also you better go grocery shopping Downtown before you go to the Location as there are no place to buy groceries in walking distance. All in all I would definately do this loaction again!

Loved this villa. It had everything my wife, adult kids and I needed for a great vacation. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and bars. Host was attentive and responded back quickly. Highly recommend this Villa if you plan on visiting Rincon!

House was confortable and walking distance to the beach. There was also a nice pool within the condominium. We had everything we need, including chairs for the beach. The terrace is great. We used the barb-b-q there and were very confortable.

This property is located in an amazing place on Sandy Beach, within walking distance of Tamboo, a great local bar/restaurant, and Casa Islena and Jake's Java and the local taco shack. Iris who cleans the property does an amazing job. However, everything replaceable inside the condo is worn out: the pots and pans, the silverware, the kitchen cabinets, two toilet seats were slipping off, the towels were really thin, our mattress felt used up, the broom and dustpan (without a handle) were pretty much broken and all the beach toys and seats (which are so many!) were pretty much needing replacement. The A/C unit in our room probably needs replacement or cleaning because it set off my allergies. And it would have been nice to receive a washing machine soap pod for our 1 week stay because the towels were soooo thin that they became moisture soaked (so bring your own, fyi). It was a shame because the condo itself is well cared for by Iris and the location and setting are fabulous. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars. The upstairs covered deck is huge and wonderful for playing cards and hanging out with family.

The VRBO was neat, the food is great, the locals are nice, and the beaches and waterfalls around the area were awesome. Make sure to rent a car to get around and see all the sights.

Phenomenal Location to Walk to the Beach or Travel to the West side of Puerto Rico
Thank you for opening your house for our 10 day stay. My wife is from San German, which is a short drive, we also took day trips to beautiful beaches in Gaunica, Cabo Rojo, Boqueron, Crash Boat in Borinquen and Jobos in Isabela. We really like Sandy Beach which is a short walk from the house. Your house provided our family a clean, roomy place to sleep and the covered rooftop patio was perfect for grilling and celebrating our middle daughter's engagement following a proposal at El Faro. I loved experiencing the local culture. The condo was perfect for my family of 6. It was great walking distance to the beach and local restaueants. Driving in the town was a very different experience wGyula ith the narrow winding roads, steep inclines, and parking was a challenge but the property parking and amenities were excellent. The wifi was needed because we had no network connection for mobile data. The property host was very responsive. The property itself had everything we needed and more. We loved how it came with surf boards, beach chairs, and toys for the kids. The wash sink was great for washing the sand out of everything. Its a gated community so that provided security. The lical residents were so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Great Option in Rincon
Four adults and an 18-month old spent 3 wonderful nights. The space is functional and comfortable, walking distance to beachs and restaurants. The space is equipped with kiddos in mind, which was a huge plus, yet very comfortable for adults. The terrace is awesome. We had some difficulty communicating with the local staff, but communication with the owner was great. We definitely recommend the space.

Great place!
The place was amazing, especially the roof top porch! Very clean, nice and quiet. The sidewalk gate to exit did not work if you were trying to get in, so we had to use the car gate remote, but there is only one remote so it made difficult if my family wanted to split up and go their separate ways. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The communication with property owner and manager was top notch. The beach villa is beautiful and nicely decorated. The villa has a gated entrance providing a sense of security. It is a short walk to the beach and has a lovely pool on-site. I would highly recommend this property and if I was to return to Rincon would stay here again.

Easiest, Chillest Vaca EVER
This property was perfect; my Husband and I (late 50's), and our friends, a couple in their 30's, with their 15 mo old wanted to escape the Midwest for a quick, low-key, chill vaca. I would recommend this property over & over if you do not want to be in the hustle of a city or town, BUT near everything. We used the footpath to the beach EVERY DAY; about a 2 block walk. We cooked 2 evening meals at the house; everything we needed - be sure to do an inventory because this IS a rental. We used the top floor to listen to the ocean in the evening, play "I spy" for mongoose and iguanas in the "backyard", to have drinks, grill, etc... Areas of consideration for visitors; baby gates perhaps, although we were fine, inventory the cookware before you plan your meals, the bedrooms are understandably damp so use the humidifiers always! Altho I didn't, my plan was to sleep up top - I will next time, it's perfect! The location was perfect for us; minutes from the town square and large grocery; but so quiet, and within walking distance whether by beach or road, delish food - from food truck, food shacks to fine dining. We will return. Period. So much more to see and do. The warm water, even if sometimes rough and many beach with volcanic rock, or welcoming for all ages. Highly recommend !

The beach was private and easy to access and the pool was convenient- only provided with one bath towel per person was a problem and asked for washcloths for each bathroom which were provided the following day~ unfortunately we were there when the units were being power washed for two days which was not conducive to enjoying the 3rd floor patio!

Highly recommended! This was my second time in Rincon and I knew what area I wanted to be and this place hit the mark. Close to Sandy Beach and you can walk to the beach and restaurants. Very roomy accommodations and the roof top deck space was perfect! I would stay here again.

Great condo Great location
This was our third stay in Landing View Villas. They are located right on the beach, with several surf breaks within walking distance. Restaurants close by too. Puntas is our favorite Rincon neighborhood. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The 3rd floor patio was nice, with great views and breezes. Communication with the owner and manager was easy. Would definitely recommend Puntas and this condo to anyone visiting Rincon.
