Good family stay
Publié le 3 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayGood location (we felt safe), excellent communication with manager, the place was comfortable, spacious, we enjoyed it (family group of 8). The terrace was a big plus. It had TV on the living room and on each of the three rooms. The a/c units worked well. We will recommend it.
Still, it really needed more towels, silverware, and kitchen utensils, they were extremely worn down. Also, the living room TV remote didn’t work, we couldn’t use it. The place needs a little of TLC.

Thanks Camille. We are pretty much redoing the paint in the place and have ordered all new pots pans utensils for the kitchen. Batteries probably needed to be replaced. I would have told Iris to get you new ones.

Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was nice but I was not expecting Roaches.The master bedroom bathroom door was not closing properly.There was a lot of chip paint all over the house which is not good for kids.

Thanks for reviewing the place. We are aware of the paint chipping and will address that in early July. Never have I ever had roaches in the place, you really should have said something to me and I would have addressed that immediately. I really wish you have told me that while you are there. We I’ll send an exterminator immediately.

Great Location for visiting Rincon/Aguadilla
Publié le 26 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is nice. Very convenient for visiting Rincon area. Beach is a short walk and had very few people there. Definitely a great spot for surfers to stay during fall and winter.
I showed up at 4:45 P.M. and cleaning crew was inside finishing up. The second bedroom had sand in bed. The kitchen is not equipped very well for cooking meals. The pans are useless, everything sticks even with oil. There was dirty cups in cabinet.
There is a beach items you can use. One of the chairs is rusted/broken unable to be used. The grill up stairs is convenient and works well along with the small fridge. Kitchen fridge has a working ice maker that I really enjoyed. Property has a generator for power outages. We lost power our last night and went to bed with generator power and air conditioning. Woke up to no power at all. The gate to enter complex needs electricity to function. I called property manager for help because we needed to get airport. I left voicemail and still have not heard back 12 hours later. I was able to find out how to open gate on my own and barely made my flight. Dont expect communications with property manager. I would consider staying here again just because of how convenient the location is and quiet.

Hi Greg. Sorry about the communication with Iris or should I say lack of from her. I will deal with her and her crew as we have sent new dishes and kitchen but she has not put them in appropriately. We are making many changes as you have not been the only one to raise issues regarding Iris and some items needing attention.

Perfect getaway spot
Publié le 31 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayNice location, plenty of room for our two families to enjoy Sandy beach. Easy to navigate and felt very safe. The upstairs area was perfect for our teenagers to chill after surfing and watch some March Madness!

Pictures don't give it justice
Publié le 10 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location is way above expectation. The pictures do not give it justice. Most of the time we had all of the beaches to our selves. Small but cute restaurants are also near by walking distance in fact. The only bad i would say about the Place we stayed at is the mirrors and faucets need repair/replacement and that is being picky. Also you better go grocery shopping Downtown before you go to the Location as there are no place to buy groceries in walking distance. All in all I would definately do this loaction again!

Perfect Quiet Location

Publié le 5 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayLoved this villa. It had everything my wife, adult kids and I needed for a great vacation. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and bars. Host was attentive and responded back quickly. Highly recommend this Villa if you plan on visiting Rincon!

Nice beach house in Rincon
Publié le 31 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was confortable and walking distance to the beach. There was also a nice pool within the condominium. We had everything we need, including chairs for the beach. The terrace is great. We used the barb-b-q there and were very confortable.
