Publié le 12 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayComfortable, informal space. Beautiful view from the porch, as advertised. Road approaching and driveway are narrow, the driveway steep, but we adapted and felt it was well worth it. Joe was very accommodating and welcoming.

Publié le 15 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe perfect place for my solo vacation to Rincon. I spent my mornings in the swing under the mango tree sipping coffee and watching the waves roll in. Clean, well appointed apartment and Joe is a wonderful host. Can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful views, great for a family
Publié le 13 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy wife grew up visiting Rincon and finally got to bring me and our 2 kids. We booked Joe's place and had a wonderful stay. My 5 y/o and I basically lived on the swing and hammock for four days, taking in the amazing view overlooking the water. My 1 y/o loved the dogs, cats, lizards, chickens, pelicans, doves and other animals all around.
The indoor accommodations are simple but everything was well stocked and comfortable. Joe was very responsive and helpful. Having access to washer and dryer was absolutely clutch for managing 2 young kids.
Walking access to the beach and a very quick drive to shops and restaurants in Rincon.
We all loved it and hope to return in the future.
