Everything from booking to checkin to checkout was seamless. The pool area was just fantastic. Really fantastic! Location was just slightly removed from downtown but still very close. The one thing to know is there was a bit of road noise especially at night and all of us found the mattresses a bit too firm for us but everyone likes something different and some will love them! The only con was the quality of communication from the management company during the stay. But overall I’d book here again and recommend others do as well.

Publié le 19 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayLoved the house and especially the back porch and pool. It’s a beautiful tropical oasis. House felt clean and fresh. From snorkel gear to laundry soap, the host thought of everything! Allison was very helpful and accommodating which we appreciated.

In addition, when contacting the owners, they responded immediately. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Rincon!

Spectacular experience!
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our time at R Villa! The area is 100% chill and laid back. The home, inside and out has everything you need! I loved reading about Leon, the property owner in the Welcome Guide. We would absolutely stay here again!! We will have to come back outside of summer so we can enjoy the garden and stand next door, I was sad it is closed for the summer but it makes sense. I walked to town every morning to get coffee from the corner bakery, and the locals are all so nice. Thank you for such a perfect place to stay on our first, but definitely not last, visit to Puerto Rico!
