Celebrating 21
Publié le 11 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe planned a family trip to celebrate my daughter's 21st bday and I can tell you; that his place was super amazing. It had such a beautiful view the with enough quite space you can enjoy. I will say to be such a remarkable home the furniture is a little out dated other than that I get ve this a 9 out of 10.

Beautiful Property

It's within walking distance to some great places to eat and drink. Would definitely recommend to anyone vacationing in Rincon. Hope to stay here again soon!

Peaceful Getaway

Plus downstairs cable not working for the first two days as well. And the toddler’s chair was nasty but should be great now after a little elbow grease from yours truly. Other than that it was a really nice and peaceful experience. The location is truly close to just about everything (beaches and restaurants). You will need to travel a bit for groceries if you plan on cooking so stop at a store before getting to your destination to save yourself a trip. And double and triple check the drawers before leaving so you don’t leave anything behind like I did! I guess I was in too much of a hurry and assumed I checked everything before leaving. Now my loss and someone else’s gain.☹️

We apologize for the initial entry issues and the downstairs cable. We promptly provided entry instructions and support via text messages, and our team resolved the cable issue as soon as it was brought to our attention.
Regarding the toddler’s chair, we are sorry it wasn't up to standard. Our cleaners thoroughly sanitize all items between guests, and we have reinforced this to ensure it does not happen again.
As for the missing clothes, our cleaning staff diligently checks and reports any left items immediately. No items were found by our team or the guests who stayed after you. We take such matters seriously and maintain high standards of honesty and integrity.
We noticed that some of the issues you encountered were due to not following the detailed instructions provided on VRBO. We encourage all our guests to review the provided instructions to ensure a smooth experience.

Absolutely amazing home steps away from all the fun

It is close to everything in town, beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.. the owner's instructions were clear & concise so I didn't have to bother them for anything. The A/C runs cold, pool is beautiful, there's like... 3 refrigerators, even 2 outdoor showers. My only complaint is that I wish we stayed longer than just a week! Seriously so much to do in the area. If you're coming to Rincon make sure to stay over a Thursday night to attend the Art Walk in town, it was a great opportunity to find some beautiful souvenirs. We loved our stay here.

Thank you for staying at our vacation home and I 100% agree, Art Walk on Thursday evenings is a must. I think it now starts at 5:30pm and goes until around 10pm. Usually a live band and all the Artists are out with their works...

Great for families and kids

Great Outdoor Space
Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur two families enjoyed Casa Ensenada very much. We especially loved all the outdoor space so that we weren't on top of each other. The pool was wonderful, we were in it every day, the kids were in it by 7 AM!
The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Rincon

Fabulous house close to everything
Publié le 9 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house really exceeded our expectations. The house itself is beautiful and is exactly as advertised. The views from the balcony and roof are great; the pool and deck area was a great place for our family to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked with things you would need to cook. The beds were comfortable. We really couldn't have asked for more. It was a bonus that beach chairs, coolers, an umbrella and towels were included and there were pool toys and snorkel gear that someone left behind. I look forward to the opportunity to stay here again. We all agreed it was one of the nicest properties we've booked.
The hosts were great and super responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay.
Finally, we couldn't have asked for a better location. It's a quick 12-15 minute walk into town and you could walk to the marina and one of several beaches in 5-15 minutes (Steps, Black Eagle, Balneario). Honestly, if you like to walk, which I do, you can walk to every beach from Playa Donna to Domes in 25-30 minutes and a fabulous find was the trail that connects all of the beaches from the Marina to Domes that begins at the Paseo Communitario and follows a trail through the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. This was a great and easy morning hike.
Finally, another bonus: the house is a quick stroll away from a great coffee stand, smoothie stand, and breakfast/lunch spot at the corner of 413 and C Cambija: Cafe 2 Go and Wake and Break.
Highly recommend! Can't wait to return!
