Disadvantages:
• No telephone in the room; need to go downstairs to contact reception
• Pool doesn’t match the pictures; requires renovation
• Noise from the road even on the 13th floor due to lack of double-glazed windows, which seems to be common throughout the hotel.

Hello Mr Kaba. Thank you for your time dedicated to our research. Thank you for your compliments to our team, we are constantly reinforcing with euipe the importance of good welcoming service for our guests. Our hotel has 24-hour Whatsapp support from our reception, and the number is located on the card holder that is given at check-in, a faster and more fluid communication of the modernity that we provide to the guests we receive daily. Our pool recently underwent renovation, sponsored by Cervejaria Corona, but the upper part of the space is still under renovation, as it will become a beautiful restaurant that will serve the entire public. As it is located in a tourist neighborhood, there is a constant flow of people both outside and inside our hotel. Our rooms have the standard acoustic insulation of buildings located in the city of Rio de Janeiro, however the movement of people ends up interfering in reducing the sound that enters the rooms. We are looking for ways to improve this issue further, so I appreciate your feedback on this point. Every comment we receive from our guests is extremely important. Je trouve que le perssonel est réactif et toujours présent pour chaque demande et il son aussi tous souriant et accueillent j’ai passser un merveilleux séjours

Fugir esse estabelecimento. Preço de um hotel de boa qualidade porém de baixo nível.
- baratas invadindo o banheiro
-portas sem isolação ( barulho do sinal dos elevadores )
-piso grudento ( não foi enxaguado)
- os quartos não possui a placa de emergência obrigatório nos quartos

Hôtel vieillissant
Publié le 30 juill. 2018 sur Hotelsl'hotel et son mobilier sont vieux (clim' hors-service ou presque par exemple, WIFI pas dans toutes les chambre...)
Le personnel peu sympathique et absolument pas là pour vous aider ou prendre la moindre initiative qui irait dans ce sens.
L'emplacement est cependant vraiment idéal et l'on peut s'en contenter pour une nuit.
