Bel hôtel. Service à améliorer

Bel hôtel, superbement situé sur la baie de Guanabara. La vue du rooftop est splendide. Le service du bar y est malheureusement lent et distrait. Les chambres sont correctes, assez grandes et propres. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, bien varié et de qualité. Le service une fois de plus est faible. Le wi-fi est lent et peu pratique. La réception est confuse: beaucoup de personnel, mais ils se marchent sur les pieds. Résultat: attente et inefficacité. Donc: bel hôtel, bien situé, mais mal servi. Peu mieux faire.

Nice stay but feel trapped at the end.

Our stay in the hotel was nice, quiet, the breakfast is quite good and the rooftop have a great view even if the swimming pool could be bigger. We could have remained on this opinion if we had not have the surprise during the checkout to be charged for the snacks displayed on the desk (without any fare next to them), not the ones in the fridge which are of course frequently charged in almost every hotels. We even have an other surprise once in the taxi by reading more carefully the note and making aware that they charged us for beers that we don’t even drink! As international travelers, we had never seen it before in a 4 stars hotel and it is not commercial at all! Instead of leaving with a good opinion, at the end we just have the feeling to have been trapped and stolen. So bad!

La piscine est génial & le personnel adorable Un conseil ne pas prendre une chambre donnant sur la route très bruyant non stop .

Notting exitibg about thé hôtel , room are realy small, staff no really nice. Would recomend the mercure hotel not so fare from it

No iron available you need to Pay for the service extra and not possible immediately if in hurry it not possible to have your shirt ironed and the hotel does not provide iron
