Nous avions choisi une chambre avec vue sur mer. La vue était géniale, mais la chambre était sale, les meubles défoncés, le matelas à bout de course, et la douche avec des joints noirs. L’hôtel est en travaux, ce qui est une bonne idée, car toutes les chambres pourraient bénéficier d’un rafraîchissement.

Bien placé mais vieillissant
Publié le 19 avr. 2023 sur HotelsT'es bel emplacement et c'est principalement pour cela qu'on y retourne sinon vieillissement exagéré et des travaux deviennent urgent. La porte fenêtre pour accéder au balcon ne s'ouvrait plus, la clim d'un autre temps et bruyante...

Dear Xavier, We would like to apologize for all the discomfort this past Saturday, the 15/04/2023. We know how the power outage affected your experience at our Hotel.We would like to explain that we have two energy supply lines through the concessionary company Light, and today we were caught by surprise with technical problems on both lines, causing an external interruption to our Hotel. We did everything possible to reduce impacts, immediately bringing an external generator to work in conjunction with the other two internal generators, in addition to constant requests for repairs to the power company. But unfortunately, the problem was identified hours after the interruption, 8 blocks away from the Hotel, and the repair took about 3 hours after they found it.We appreciate everyone's understanding, and we deeply apologize for this issue. Our entire team worked hard and exhaustively on this, seeking to reduce the impacts on you.

Chambre luxe frontal mer ne vaut pas le prix demander , la vue et belle juste ça , moquette tres salle , drap pas prope . Attention à la sur facturation du mini bar !!!!
