The facilities were not bad, everything else was horrible. This IS NOT a luxury apartment. We arrived and the room was 85 degrees at least, and were told it will cool down in a while, was probably 3-4 hours. There were no bath towels, then they gave us 4 full-size towels. No other small towels, or a shower mat. They did eventually get us a shower mat. Also, no kitchen dish towels or dish rags were there, told them and we never did get any. Also no dish detergent was provided, and no can opener. There was 1 small skillet in bad shape, I asked for a new skillet and they did get us that. No shampoo, 1 bar of soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper was provided for 4 people. No information was left or provided for the WIFI, had to contact to get it. The WIFI was very slow and at various times we did not have access. I had to connect to my hotspot with my phone service. No TV guide was provided, and the TV service was only available half the time. Every night at around 10 pm it was down. Not sure how many cockroaches we killed, I have pictures. The biggest issue was the toilet. The first night was horrible. It was constantly shutting off and on, and was so noisy, sounded like a dragon. After ignoring me the first 3 or 4 times I told them, they finally sent someone out the second day. They worked on it for maybe 15-20 minutes, and then they proceeded to tell us there was no problem. It did quit overnight but started up this morning again. Our contact tried to tell us we expected too much,
