Rooms only stocked with two towels, despite sleeping 6 people. No bedding provided for the pull out bed. Front desk was prompt with delivering though. Bathroom mat was dirty, bathroom was a little lacking in cleaning. Breakfast was out of nearly everything at 8am and was never refilled while we ate. Convenient and safe location.

We really enjoyed how big the space was it was very homie for a r Hotel room we loved that our daughter could running around freely and our dog had room to her self as well. Well definitely book again!!!!! Room 201 for the win!!!

Clean, nice, and great breakfast!

This is an excellent hotel with a great breakfast. We stayed for three nights over the 4th of July, and everything was perfect. Also, it's the best place in Ripley to watch the fireworks. We set up our lawn chairs in the side yard next to the hotel, and the fireworks were right over our heads. It was awesome, and we didn't have to drive anywhere afterwards! 😁

Not a great checkin process. A member of my party tried to use the card to enter through a back door, after parking the car. When he made it back to the front he was told”oh yeah, that only works half the time”. We also tried the hand sanitizer dispensers on multiple floors and all were empty. When mentioned to the front desk, he said “yeah they are all empty”. The place is clean but a significant training process should be implemented on how to address issues.
