I have stayed at this hotel in its previous guise at Ripon Spa Hotel. It was run down and needed a major refurbishment, but staff were wonderful.
Now, after being bought by The Inn Group, it has been refurbished, very nice decor, but the young staff are not 'interested' or bothered enough to assist clients.
I watched them playing on their phones, whilst other guests were looking for help!
Such a shame!

Modern facilities in an attractive traditional building near the centre of Ripon make this a great place to stay.

Lovely hotel & gardens & patio
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HotelsLovely hotel with ample parking and nice gardens & patio … perfect buffet breakfast included in my £89 double room … different menu featured pheasant fettuccini & partridge skewers £6:15 a pint tho … really nice staff I made a mistake with my dates on line & they switched them for me hassle free on arrival

Two days visit.

A number of room choices but always confirm if a bath is one of your request ! More rooms with shower.
Very clean & nice bar food.
Would visit again.
