Really clean room, well situated hotel. Good to stay in McLeod Ganj
However, the extra bed is really expensive and for the food it is also expensive compare to the coffees and restaurants in the town

Publié le 13 mars 2013 sur Hotelsbonjour... mon avis est simple concernant l'hotel, je suis tres content du rapport qualite prix. la vue est tres degagee, ce qui fait qu'on est forcement un peu eloigne des deux ponts, mais la marche ou les rickchaws resolvent bien le probleme. les autres hotels "swiss" creer un quartier agreable. j'ai eu deux problemes, des singes sont venu ranger ma chambre... depuis je ferme la porte de la terrasse, et mon bagage est arrive en retard a l'aeroport, l'hotel a facilte efficacement la reception du bagage . (bon faut quand meme concentrer toute les infos utile) ... en resumer, je le conseille

Great view from our balcony, helpful staff, cheeky monkeys,lovely local garden restaurant, 200 rupees for a rickshaw back from the Ram Jhula or Lakshman Jhula [bridges], don't need one for the walk down as it's a short distant. good drop in yoga classes.

First day they gave me room same as it showed in the website and next day they shifted me in Bhandari cottage and they told me that you have to shift in standard room and the room was already standard they shifted me just because they got some more clients those are paying extra and they shifted me in other hotel I checked out the same time. Worst hotel pathetic staff !

Hi .. You booked a non AC room but we kept a AC room because we were giving guest option if they want to upgrade as it was hot but you denied the offer and said will keep the non ac room. We at that time only told you that you will be moved to non AC room next day. Atleast those who want AC can use it.Also AC room not comes with AC only but some other amenities as well. Secondly when you dont like the room you ask for refund which was provided immediately.
