The hotel is really nice, the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars on the cleaning is because the floor in our room had some parts where it was slippery, like someone walked with oily barefoot and they didn't cleaned it very well, but I couldn't tell if was grease or what was really there, so I didn't bother to bring it to the attention of the staff for that same reason. We spent 4 nights and we got the chance to explore a lot of places both east and west of the hotel's location which makes it a great spot if you want to be between Moses Lake and Spokane. You will also have a few food options walking distance from there, which is very convenient.

Diana, Thank you for doing a review and bringing the slippery floor to my attention. I appreciate it. I was able to resolve the issue the housekeeper was using the wrong cleaner when mopping leaving a slippery residue on the floor. Im sorry for the inconvenience in this matter. Please feel free to make us aware of these things immediately next time so I can fix it and you dont have to deal with it throughout your stay. Im glad you enjoyed the location of the hotel and got to explore the surrounding areas. Hope that you will come back and see us the next time you are in this area. Again, thank you for letting me know about the slippery floor.

There is a full length mirror on the wall! The breakfast was well prepared. The staff had the room ready for early check-in ! There were plenty of towels. We didnt have to ask for more of anything.
