Security problems and service.
The keycards DID NOT WORK in the magnetic door. The existing door will not open the door with the issue keycards because the door security lock out dated. The Resort keys DO NOT work because this is a privately owned condo. The owner needs to get the door lock replace to the Resorts keycards. Since is this condo is privately owned and is on the Resort the occupant gets no amenities. i.e. more towels, toilet paper, could not even rent a golf cart. You need to tell the owner to get with the Resort management. We had to get security to let us in the condo anytime we needed to get in the unit. Also, advise people that want to stay a West Gate River Ranch that this condo is on their property but no amenities will be available to renters. Please, list this on your advertised listing.

Ranch Weekend
This property is located in the heart of the Westgate River Ranch community. The building is connected to the Saloon and the rodeo arena is on the other of that. Perfect central location. Walking distance to all the awesome attractions. Accommodation is basically a hotel room with no real privacy, but perfect for a couple on a short stay!

Perfect place
We really enjoyed Stephanie’s place. It had everything we needed as was as advertised. It was our first visit to the To er Ranch so great to check out that property. We ate twice at the main steakhouse and the food was delicious.

Totally Awesome!
This rental was totally awesome! The owner has done a magnificent job with this unit. The decor was beautifully themed throughout the unit, and the unit was fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. All you have to do is bring clothes. We would definitely stay here over and over again.

Not a beach getaway!
River Ranch is wonderful for the Florida outdoor experience, without the sand. Plenty of outdoor activities. Room was clean and in the middle of everything. Only downside was there were several kids on the same floor yelling and screaming at night and during early morning hours. Thank goodness the room wasn’t poolside. Wonderful time!!!

Excellent Experience
We arrived early and the Host allowed us to occupy the unit. We loved the decor and cleanliness. She greeted us with snacks and all the kitchen amenities needed. I communicated with her several times and she responded immediately. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were so soft and cozy. Slept like a baby as she also had black out curtains. I would definitely recommend this property if you are interested in Westgate River Ranch.

Room was very cute and co For table. Love that it had a nice little kitchen but a regular size fridge!! Could use a little hanging space for some clothes otherwise perfect. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Cute and great location
This was my first time using Vrbo. It was great! Nice and clean! Bed was soft and so were the pillows! They provided 2 waters and a few snacks. It was perfect for our short stay. It was super close to the rodeo, saloon and other activities.

This unit is PERFECT! We have been to RR for 35 yrs! Rented many different types of rooms/cabins. Now that our kids are adults, we needed to find a small room for just us! Stephanie's is the best and we will be back!

Week-end at River Ranch
Our stay at River Ranch Lodge was perfect! The room is steps away from the Saloon, where we danced the night away on Friday and Saturday, and a short walk to the rodeo arena and everything else the resort has to offer. The suite was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. I left my shampoo and conditioner at home and was grateful to see Stephanie provided that as well. Check-in was simple and I really appreciated how quickly Stephanie got back to me when I had questions. I would highly recommend Stephanie's place to anyone going to River Ranch Resort and Rodeo.
