Im familiar with the area perfect for what i needed

Pro: Had an issue with a/c in our room but it was taken care of in a timely manner and luckily able to switch rooms.
Con: Purposefully chose this hotel over a few others nearby because the hotel had a pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was COLD! I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel.

Been staying here for four years in a row during back to school period . (UCR)
Property is located right next to Costco, I mean just in between lots, which is convenient for last minute college student supplies .
Breakfast is fine , it’s sufficient amount of food selections . Room is spacious .
