Never again!
The staff was friendly except the man working breakfast area. Very rude and combative when asked to replenish the eggs, etc. He said that the area was a mess due to me making a waffle and that other people not caring. He would not let me talk was talking over me. My husband stepped in and told him that he should be more helpful rather to make excuses for his I capabilities to manage the breakfast area. This been the worst breakfast buffet, dirty watered down juices only made one pot of oatmeal. When I complained to front desk I was told to call back to speak to the manager. There was no concerns about making it right. I will never stay or recommend this place. This man was useless and rude!

The staff is amazing. Always courteous and ensuring all guests are taken care. I have another reservation for one more night before driving to Texas and I have had relaxing day including my 78 yr old mother. Love the breakfast too. The only suggestion when budget allows is to allow for smart tv and chairs in the guest room to sit higher, it’s makes it easier to work at the desk, it is too low.

Jacuzzi may not work,even if you're TOLD it does!!
We went there to get in the Jacuzzi, I literally made two phone calls prior, one before I booked and one before we left. I was told the Jacuzzi was up and running… that was one reason we booked the room to get in the Jacuzzi and the Jacuzzi didn’t work when we got there… one employee came out to the jacuzzi told us it hadn’t been working, but sent an email out to who services it, after she knew we were interested in getting in. My husband told her, we just called prior to leaving home. They fixed the Jacuzzi the next day, it was up and running finally, but it was time for us to check out. Never was able to get in the JACUZZI for 2 days. Very very disappointed!!!! I wish they would have been honest.
