Hotel tout à fait correct qui est à proximité du village universitaire et donc des lieux de restauration variés Chambre un peu petite pour 3

Overall, it is a cheap hotel so it as expected. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were clean but there were roaches. There was an issue with our reservation but Yolanda fixed it quickly! She was very professional and courteous.

Miserable spot

So rude. The manager was constantly aggressive towards my son, who is a very polite young man. Our room was flooded in the middle of the night due to a broken pipe. We moved all our wet stuff to another room ( unassisted) and that was it. No apologies, no refund, no discount, nothing. "Pet friendly" is not accurate. They allow pets, but we were treated like we were breaking some law. We are very responsible pet owners and keep everything clean, the maids really only needed to change the beds ( which have no comforters. Literally white sheets on top of white sheets) every other day. Everything was so run down. Stained tub, dirtiest floors, I mopped the room 3 times before they were clean with a Swiffer wetjet. Smallest rooms and the worst wifi in existence.

Dirty bathtub, homeless surrounding property , and approaching hotel rooms and approaching us in parking lot and coming up to vehicles knocking on car windows ,it’s not hotels fault , but needs to take better measures to keep property safer not with the price .
