This hotel was clean and up to date. The pool was great, kept at the perfect temperature. The spa was fantastic, hot with great jets. Breakfast was very nice, waffle maker, hot cereal, eggs, sausage, and much more. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall you would be hard pressed to find a better place to stay in the area. Conveniently close to Trilogy Golf and Glen Ivy Hot Springs

Jessica was absolutely wonderful and made checkout a breeze. The bed was soooo comfortable and the size of room was great! I will definitely be returning

Overpriced Dump

On top of being overpriced, they charge a $10/day parking fee. This hotel is located in an average suburb and has an adequate number of parking spots. There is no justification for the $10/day parking fee.
There was a BLOOD stain on the carpet.
There were people drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes right outside the door to the parking lot near my room. My child had to walk through that scene.
The rooms are outdated. The paint and surfaces have yellowed.
The room was dim. There weren't enough lights. There was no light in the closets.
You have a schedule housekeeping the day before or you won't get it.
My family checked out 2 days early due to all this.
