Terribly noisy at night. No soundproofing.

Great location, but expensive.

This wasn't my first time in that hotel in Riyadh. I had to book this hotel, even though it was over my budget, due to its location near my business meetings. Even though it was a pleasurable experience, I noticed that the plumbing system needs consideration. The toilet and the wall spray (shattaf) in all the rooms I stayed in was leaking all day and night, and the pressure was not stable. Therefore, it was noisy the whole time, and I was very concerned about the water waste. Otherwise, everything is great!
