The staff at this property are not service friendly. They cannot understand basic requests and instructions. We booked 2 non-smoking rooms, and they could only provide one. We could not get basic services like printing a document or request for a cup of tea without us having to explain it over and over again. They charged my credit card for the 2 rooms and 1 additional room. I am still waiting for the credit.
