I like that when i arrive i got a nice room with a view
But on my second i went to the receptionists for 2 more towels as there were only 2 in the room
She was not pleasant and she did not tend to my needs in a courteously mannner.

Accept able I love everything about the property, the staff was so accommodating we wanted fried fish that wasn't on the menu and the coke accommodated us. We were here during a tropical storm, they brought us food for lunch because every place was closed in town

The room I was given on arrival had a beautiful view of the sea, but it was poorly maintained. It had mould which got me sick. I complained to the front desk about the poor condition of the room. The woman at the front desk was very rude to me. I had to nsist that I wouldn't remain in the room and that I should be given another room. After some hard talks they gave me another room which was cleaner.
Because of unclenliness and poor customer service I would not stay at Fort Burt again.
