Publié le 21 août 2017 sur HotelsThis hotel was dirty, there were roaches, rooster running around the hall and waking you up at 5am. It was very obvious that they give the worst rooms to anyone booking via a third party. Employees at the front desk, except for Jillian were very unfriendly. I would. It recommend this hotel

I'm sorry you felt that way. The islands do have a lot of roosters all over and it is a Caribbean thing and not something we are able to fully control. Our "hall" is outside, so therefore open to any of the local fauna. We do allow some however, to help with any bugs. We spray regularly for insects but as the rooms are not completely sealed there is always a chance of roaches coming in from the outside. This is no reflection of how clean the hotel is, just a fact of life in the Caribbean. We do not select the worst rooms for outside bookings, all standard rooms are the same with dark wood ceilings, colourful bedspreads and a brightly coloured accent wall, again trying to remind people that you are in the Caribbean and not a generic chain hotel.
