Cute and Cozy
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location, adorable cabin in the woods. Peaceful and quiet. Would love to come back and just hide away for a couple days so we could enjoy the cabin more.
The only thing I would be mindful of is the walk way to the cabin is steep so be careful regardless of weather and the parking spot doesn't have a turn around area so you need to back up where two other cabins are.
We will happily come back again.

What a great guest to host! So easy to communicate with, and left our place clean and tidy. Would recommend to any other host, and would welcome back to our property any time.

Tiny cabin
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was nice but too cozy. A small cabin cut up into tiny rooms made for a tight fit. At our age - 60+ - we’re looking for something a little easier to maneuver around. Otherwise the style, its seckusion, and the amenities were all excellent.
Some outlets and tv did not work - oh well

However, since they are retro, it might help to have instruction manuals available. Also, a little bigger turn around area for the car might help.

Nice getaway
Publié le 12 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was a nice getaway for the weekend. There were a lot of cobwebs and spiders in the cabin. It was smaller than what I thought it was going to be. The stairs to the loft and very steep. For the price I was disappointed. The shower hot/cold handle was opposite so the first day we thought we didn’t have hot water.

Cute little cabin
Publié le 20 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThe cabin is cute as it can be and we so enjoyed the outside fire pit. We absolutely loved the color of the appliances. A few recommendations though: 1 Inform people of the very steep sidewalk down to the cabin on the website. 2) Buy a better mattress and add a box spring. We are 70 and 66 and getting up practically from off the floor was not enjoyable. The mattress sleeps awful and needs to be replaced. If new, it was a cheap one. We went 3 nights with practically no sleep. The little love seat is uncomfortable as you can feel the frame when seated and we are not big people. There were dead bugs in every room but it is a cabin in the woods so I just swept them up. Since furniture in the cabin is so scarce, upgrading to a better quality that equals the amount you pay to stay shouldn’t be an issue. Almost $1000 for three nights should equal quality, comfortable furniture.

Small, quiet mountain getaway

Cabin was great! Loved the outdoor area & hot tub. The 2 everyday visitors, deer were precious.
