Thankfully, I had lived in Roanoke previously, so I had a general idea of the hotel's location; however, there were no visible signs indicating the location of the hotel if you were traveling north on I-81 nor heading south on the I-581 connector leading to downtown Roanoke. The front desk clerk was welcoming and helpful. The key card system for operating the door to the room was the worst ever. Simply put, it sucks! It needs to be replaced asap. Get rid of the system where you merely touch the lock with the card. Install the system where you insert the card into the lock. This is a more reliable system. The carpet in our room needs to be replaced. It has served its purpose.

Great stop on our road trip. Pet fee was $15 which is great. Breakfast starts at 6:30AM, so we didn't get to it but the room was good and warm. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location off 81
Ok this is a huge hotel hardly any guests maybe too many hotels right there. Friendly desk staff good shower pressure hot water!! Bed very comfy my only concern is my room was right next to the ground floor side door and they NEVER lock it i was assured i would be safe and clearly i am alive to report no mishaps 😆breakfast fine typical fare the coffee wasnt strong .. i like strong they are upgrading things and it was very clean

The toilet was broken and leaked everywhere, we had to use the towels to cleanup the water and the staff did not want to replace the towels and said we would be charged for the wet towels?!
