Cetais un arrêt l’endroit est propre grande chambre mais très Bruyant les voitures la routes et autoroute très proches. Le prix est bon mais faut être capable de dormir dure …

Parfait hotel pour un arrêt roadtrip

La famille qui gère l’hotel est adorable! Super service. Chambre confortable et propre. Hotel parfaitement situé pour reprendre la route rapidement. Rien de fancy, mais juste ce qu’il faut pour passer une bonne nuit reposante. Bon debit wifi.

Grande chambre, petite odeur en arruvant qu on a réglé en laissant la porte ouverte une 1/2 hre, propre , café ordinaire, lit confortable mais oreillers un peu moins, quartier peu rassurant, subway juste à côté, bon rapport qualité prix

Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our hotel. We apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. In last 5 years, we have renovated our rooms with new furniture, light fixtures with LED, 40" LED TV with HD cable. We have also installed hard floor, replaced draperies, replaced 100% of the sink and bath drains and upgraded room locks. In addition, we have also paved the parking lot of the hotel. We are constantly upgrading something every year. We are proud of the improvements; however, we are not finished yet. I am confident that we will be able to keep improving the overall condition of the rooms to meet expectations from our guest.Again, our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for your valuable feedback.Bhavik PatelGeneral Manager

Dear Marie-Josee, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our hotel. We apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. We have been operating the hotel since April 2013. Since then, we have replaced 10,000 sq/feet of flat roof, 100% of the sink and bathtub drains and faucets. We have also installed curved shower bar in every bathroom. We have also replaced 100% of the bed base and mattresses. We have also upgraded our Internet infrastructure to ensure a guest would have at least 80% signal anywhere in the hotel including the parking lot. We have also renovated every room with new lights, 40" LED TV with HD channels, new bathroom door and frame and new higher toilets. We have also replaced 100% of the furniture in every room. We have also finished a big masonry project to update the exterior of the hotel. We have painted the exterior of the hotel and finished replacing carpet with hard floor in 100% of the rooms. In addition, we have also finished paving the parking lot In October 2018. Just this month, we have changed 100% of the drapery and seal coated our parking lot. We are proud of the improvements we have made to the hotel in a such short time; however, we are not finished yet. I am confident that we will be able to keep improving the overall condition of the rooms to meet expectations from our guest. Again, our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for your valuable feedback.
