Racial profiling
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI checked in Thursday October 17th my aunts funeral Friday. Friday morning I woke up went down to lobby with my back pack to read since it was early didn’t want to wake my wife and son up. The front desk clerk turn tv off as requested but then ask me did I belong in the hotel and was I a guest. The cook that morning also was looking at me like I was someone off the streets. I had shorts and sweatshirt on I felt racial profile because they didn’t ask any other guest these questions who was down there. I stay at this hotel every time I visit Roanoke VA but never again

Great place to stay!

Maybe pet rooms should be separate from others who don’t have their pets with them. Love the hotel and staff; great place to stay with my little 4-legged friend. Thanks !!

I was in a very overwhelming situation and needed somewhere to stay last minute that was safe and the staff was phenomenal and the hotel was beautiful. 10/10 recommend.
