With over 6000 square feet of living space between the main home, heated and cooled enclosed gazebo and guest home you are sure to find the comfort and privacy you desire.

This property offers a rare blend of some of the widest main lake views spanning east to west as the lot is sprawled over a 1.5-acre flat peninsula. Stretched along the shoreline you will find water knee deep and as you make your way to the double boathouse the water deepens to over 8ft to accommodate any size vessel.

Take a step inside the main home, guest home or heated and cooled gazebo and the magnificent lake views do not quit! The main home features an open floor plan with 12ft tall ceilings and a wall of windows that sprawl across the house enabling you to catch the widest main lake views from anywhere including the master bedroom suite. Leave your kitchen at home and enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home. Two beautiful dining areas with enough seating for everyone. The master suite features a king bed, walkout doors to the deck, amazing views, his and her full bathrooms and walk in closets. In addition to the master there are four other large bedrooms in the main home. Three bedrooms with king beds, and one with three custom bunk beds. There are also two more full bathrooms for guests.

When you are ready for more entertainment walk across the main home to the heated & cooled gazebo connected by a covered roof. Here you will find a large dry bar, HD television, Bluetooth audio system and seating for everyone with more amazing views of the main lake! For the gamers, the recreation room has three arcade games with over 100+ games, HD TV, movie collection, 65" HD TV and a Xbox One!

The guest house is truly unique with a wraparound deck, stone fireplace and top it off more amazing views! With a fully stocked kitchen, two full bathrooms, three bedrooms and washer/dryer guests will find all the comforts of home in this cozy cottage.

The oversized double boathouse is large enough to accommodate boats and pontoons of all sizes. Water depth is not a problem for any boat. The fishing is also outstanding off the dock!

A great place to be together
Everything about this property and our stay was great. We had a large group of 18 people and had lots of rooms to do big activities with lots of space for people to get away from the noise. I would recommend this house to anyone. The check out process was easy and clear.

Wonderful getaway with our friends
We would absolutely stay again. We have a large group of friends who gather every year. This was an amazing space that was big enough for group activity and smaller intimate chats. The pool and hot tub were great. A crew spent the day out on the lake with the kayaks and paddle boards. Only downsides are just preferences. We cook a lot, so the stove top was only okay. Id a have preferred gas. And the owner suite bathroom is outdated and not very retreat like. Otherwise it was great.

This property is perfect for multiple families, groups of friends, or extended families. There are places to hang out in small groups and the common areas are comfortable for everyone to be together. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. Lots to do inside (game room) and outside (pool, hot tub, lake).

Overall the stay was great. The only thing was the hot tube either was lacking chemicals in the tubes or something else going on because even with showering and following the rest of the protocols the water started looking green.

Family Reunion Weekend
The property is immaculate and well maintained, and we had everything we needed. The lake view is gorgeous, and the property offers numerous recreational features, such as pool table, pingpong, cornhole, etc. We enjoyed the new pool and hot tub.

This house was more than we expected. We loved how the house allowed for our family all to be together, yet we can all do our own thing as well. We never left the property. There were tons to do. The owner was easy to get a hold of, if needed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to entertain a group of people (of all ages). It had everything we needed. The weather was perfect, so we used the pool, kayaks, paddle boards etc. Can't think if anything its lacking!

51st Birthday
I did not celebrate my 50th due to covid, so I decided to celebrate this year at Lake Gaston. My family and I have spent the last 6 years going for our family vacation and we always get a different house. This was one of the best houses we have ever stayed in. The views were to die for. I can not say enough about this house. Thinking about renting it fir our family vacation next year!! Thanks to John for helping us out.

Excellent vacation home
Can't think of a more beautiful house on a beautiful warm water lake. There were 10 adults and 7 children under 10 years old. The family stayed in the lake all day into the evening. We ate all meals together in the air conditioned gazebo. The house came with paddle boards kayaks and a row boat. We had a boat spending many hours on the cove off the dock towing a tube. The house boasts endless sunrises from many large windows facing the water. Everything was clean and well kept. We cooked all meals. Grandma, Grandpa and a single uncle stayed in a beautiful, QUIET attached guest house. Thus rental is exceptional.

You cannot be disappointed!
This house was amazing. We had the best time. It was the cleanest dog-friendly property we have ever stayed in for sure. I have never used the comforter at a rental property until this house. Everything was clean and organized. We had kids as young as 5, teens, parents, grandparents and two dogs. Everyone had a blast. The water trampoline, so fun. The dock was our hangout spot during the day. The pontoon boat was a blast, not to mention kayaks, paddle boards. Firepit a great place to hang after dinner. The windows, decks, views. We never had a rainy day, but if we had the gazebo would have been amazing for that. We loved the ice maker, the guest house offering separation of space for the teens and grandpa. I would be happy to provide any information one might have about the house. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone on the fence. Never left to eat out, never watched a minute of tv. It was absolutely wonderful.

Amazing Place to gather family!
We had multiple families come together for a long weekend and this property was PERFECT! The people who aren’t used to the “large family” setting had plenty of places to escape for a few minutes to themselves and regroup. So many things to entertain all ages of children and adults. You will not regret choosing this beautiful home for your stay at Lake Gaston. From the moment you open the front door the views do not disappoint. We rented this home for a marriage retreat for our church. It was everything we needed with plenty of room. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of this home. Wonderful place!
Beautiful property! This home was amazing to stay at. We celebrated my mom's 60th birthday here. We all had so much fun! Ten of us stayed here totally and there was plenty of room for more. Definitely get the boat and do some fishing, (hint - go to the left of the dam, lots of bass!) Make sure to bring some spices if you cook. But the kitchen has all the other essentials you need for cooking, including a crockpot. Thank you so much for the amazing home to stay in!

Great family vacation!!
What a wonderful time we had in this awesome lake home. Perfect for our family. We picked this vacation spot because of all the bedrooms and bathrooms that would accommodate our large family. We all had plenty of space. The boat was a hit. We all enjoyed riding around on the lake. The fire pit was also a hit. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.
