The room was drab. After a long drive, all I wanted was a good nights sleep and a hot shower in the morning. The room temperature was too hot and hard to regulate. In the morning, there was no hot water. I did not call the front desk, because it was 6:00 am and I just wanted to get going. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30, but they were just starting to put items out at 6:30, so I just left.

Our room had buckled floor boards, an entertainment center that had rotten boards on the bottom, and a rusted lamp from apparent water damage. The wall near the elevators also showed significant water damage. There was no hot water for our morning showers.
