Wonderful Location

Clean, well kept condo. Walk right out to the new pool and just a few steps to the beach. Comfortable king size bed, roomy bathroom and good closet space. The living room furniture is a bit worn and not very comfortable. Kitchen was clean but could use some updating on utensils and cookware. The pots and pans were fine but cookie sheets were charred and needed cleaning. The coffee maker didn’t have the correct filter basket and no filters. Overall, a good stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend.

Beautiful condo

The condo is perfect , it has everything thing you can need. We loved being on the ground floor next to the new pool . Susan was quick to respond to emails and very helpful. We always enjoy staying at Infinity bay and will definitely stay in this condo when we return.

Infinity Bay Stay

Have stayed at IB before. Place was nice as advertised. Actually liked that it was back out of the way. Away from the action up front. IB and this unit are great. Don't hesitate to check it out.

Great Condo, Unfortunate Construction

The condo itself is great - very clean (great cleaning staff) and furnished with everything we needed. The resort is also very nice and in a great location. You can snorkel right out front, walk along the beach to many restaurants, or take a ferry to West End. Unfortunately, there was construction directly outside the condo for our whole stay, close enough to where we could shake hands with the construction workers from the patio if we tried. Therefore, we heard a lot of chiseling and hammering from ~7:00AM-6:00PM. This also made it awkward/not possible to sit out on the patio during these times. The listing said the construction would be done by January 2024, but as of March they are still going at it. The front desk staff also could have been a little friendlier and explained the resort amenities a little better, but we were able to figure it out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it would have been much better and peaceful if not for the construction.

Hi Brandon, I am so happy that you liked our condo, and enjoyed how fully stocked we keep it, and how clean it is due to the wonderful staff! And yes, snorkeling is the best right out in front of the resort! We have never found a better place to snorkel and night snorkel since 2008. I am sorry you gave us a less than 5 star review. We strive so hard to make our guests happy and always let them know they can contact us at any time. Unfortunately, there is nothing we as condo owners can do about the timing of the completion of the Additional new pool construction. It was set back by such a stormy rainy season this year. It is so close to being done. Since your stay in March, we have been getting wonderful updates! We are being told by our guests, it is a great location and there is no construction noise at the pool site. There are already loungers, and tables and chairs stacked around the new pool. The pool is filled, the Jacuzzi is running. We are told it will any day now, once the railing comes and they can install it on the bridge. I am glad that everyone still has full use of the beautiful Original Infinity Edge Pool, and of course, just steps away to the amazing ocean! I would be happy if you would like to return in the future and, once again, enjoy our condo, and the next time, enjoy the pool front access from our patio. Please feel free to stay in touch with me regarding the progress of this if you like. Thanks again for being such a great guest, and taking care of our condo during your stay!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was clean, well-kept and comfortable. The condo property manager was wonderful to work with. I love to set on the beautiful deck. unfortunately, construction of the new pool area is way behind schedule and very noisy. It will be gorgeous when done. You are steps from the beach this condo, and have a lovely view of the hills and the palm trees out front are full of birds and so fun to watch. The grounds are beautiful and clean. This condo gets you a bit away from all the bar and crowd noise closer to the beach. The Housekeeping service was very accommodating! This condo is LOVELY! We have stayed at IB for the last 4 yrs and if we ever stay at Infinity Bay again, I would love to stay here. IB itself has some problems: the beach bar is next to impossible to get waited on unless you want to sit there all day and the food is NOT good. Many better choices up the beach. They constantly have large groups with dinners and music that are noisy and messy. They also let the boat people and area people use their chairs on the beach. If you have not marked your chair by 7am at the beach you will not get one. You will love the condo itself tho, I promise!!

We really liked the location of the property, and communication with the VRBO owner was excellent and fast. Would definitley stay again.

Perfect 1 bdrm!

Everything was clean and beautiful. Host was very responsive. One small downside of this condo was that the view was partially blocked because of the swimming pool construction. I am mentioning this for those where this may be an issue. Given that we didn't use the patio, this was not a concern for us.

The rainy season set the construction back from expected completion date of December 2023 They are back at it now and it is moving forward quickly and is looking so beautiful!
